Reading about all the confusion about Service Pack 2 in mails that reach us every day - that SP2 may break some applications - we tested Spybot-S&D with a release candidate of SP2, and now with the final version, and can assure you that there should be no problems at all.
During those tests we found small problems with other applications though, so my personal recommendation would be to wait until SP2 has been out for about two weeks, to let others collect some experience, then use Google (or whatever your favorite search engine is) to look for compability issues with your critical applications.
